Factory Audit Compliance

Quality Control
ANCO’s has a team of quality control inspectors located in different areas of China.  They make daily visits to manufacturers producing our customers’ products.  Our inspectors perform on-site inspection of raw materials, examine products during in-line production, and perform pre-shipment and final quality control inspections. ANCO’s quality control inspectors serve as the eyes and ears of our customers at each factory we inspect, ensuring our customers quality products ship on time.

Shipment Arrangement
Our ERP system is one of the key tools helping to analyze who will be the best situation manufacturer for particular projects, and the system enables us to perform price comparison in order to locate the manufacturer offering the lower price and shortest shipment time. The online web based system allows our customer easily monitor the whole supply chain process, the project status, ordering status and shipment status. This comprehensive tool has strengthened our ability to provide full picture, supply chain analysis to our customers.
